Dear ASIS Dhaka Chapter Members,

As I enter the second half of the year as a Chapter Chair of the ASIS Dhaka Chapter, I notice that our
Chapter has never been so vibrant and energetic in all its challenging endeavours. I’ve come to think of
the ASIS Dhaka network as one very dedicated and motivated team. A team that provides abundant
opportunities to learn, teach, mentor, and share top-quality security insights. A team that enables us to
advocate, brainstorm, give back to our communities, meet, network, and socialise with friends and
colleagues.

As a Chapter, we delivered different engagement opportunities for our members, ranging from virtual,
in-person, and hybrid events to enriched newsletters, LinkedIn posts and surveys. I am extremely proud
of the wide array of event topics- leadership skills, management of burnout, Enterprise Security Risk
Management, and artificial intelligence. Taking this opportunity, I would like to thank all our esteemed
members for guiding us to serve our membership better, and for sharing their professional expertise,
continued commitment, steady growth, and quality service delivery. Most importantly, I would like to
thank our membership, each one of you, for taking the time to engage and share your feedback.
I’m proud of our Chapter’s successes over the years, particularly in providing more opportunities for
meaningful engagement of our members and sponsors, introducing innovative programming formats
and topics, and providing professional development and outreach opportunities. In the year ahead, we
will continue these initiatives, as well as add programming designed for the different stages of your
career, virtual programming, and events held in collaboration with other chapters in the tri-state area
and beyond. and sponsors for your incredible support and advice. Finally, I’d like to give a special shout-out of
appreciation to all our members for their tireless work on behalf of the ASIS Dhaka Chapter. Thank you
